Our Warranty & Returns Policy

Product Warranty

Yikuelectrics stands behind the quality and reliability of its industrial electrical cable accessories. All products manufactured by Yikuelectrics are covered by a standard limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

  • Warranty Period: The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified for a particular product.
  • Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing. It does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
  • Remedy: During the warranty period, Yikuelectrics will, at its option, repair or replace any defective product or part thereof, provided it is returned in accordance with our return procedures.

Returns & Replacements

To initiate a warranty claim or return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Before returning any product, you must contact our Technical Support or Sales team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without a valid RMA number may be refused.
  2. Provide Information: Be prepared to provide your order number, product model, serial number (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested to assist with troubleshooting.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the product in its original packaging (if possible) or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products under warranty, unless otherwise agreed upon by Yikuelectrics. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Inspection: Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected by our technical team. If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, we will proceed with repair or replacement.

For non-warranty returns (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind), please contact our sales team within 30 days of purchase. Such returns may be subject to a restocking fee and require products to be in new, resalable condition.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Yikuelectrics shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.
